\nVooral dankzij Jeep en RAM wordt het grootste gedeelte van de winst nog steeds in de in de US gemaakt, waar men 2.195.863 wagens verkocht , een stijging van 8%.
\nDaarnaast verkocht FCA in de US nog een totaal van 23.820 van de nieuwe Alfa\u2019s ( Giulia en Stelvio ) en 15.521 Fiat\u2019s van de moeilijk verkopende 500 range .
\nIn ZuidAmerika werd een licht verbeterd resultaat behaald-terwijl in Europa (EMEA) markten het resultaat daalde en in Azi\u00e9\/China nog geen winst werd gemaakt.
\nWereldwijd resulteerde dit tot een operationele winst van iets meer dan 2 miljard euro. Voor meer details zie ook de Allpar site van 7 februari 2019.
\nIn 2019 wordt een lichte daling van de US markt verwacht, maar het uiteindelijke resultaat zal sterk afhangen van de verkoop mix in bestaande modellen en nieuwe model lanceringen.
\nIn de 2018 resultaten zit ook nog de onderdelen tak Magneti Marelli, die in principe verkocht is voor ruim 6 miljard euro aan de investeerders van KKR en onderdelen leverancier Calsonic.
