In het bulletin ter gelegenheid van de 2019 Louwman meeting schreef ik – Hans Ensing – dat Renault een mogelijke kandidaat was voor een fusie met FCA, maar uiteindelijk is het PSA geworden, ook omdat Renault partner Nissan niet wilde gezien haar positie op de US markt..
